There are several ways to connect and get involved with Baylor Round Table! Interest Groups start again in September 2026.

Monthly Events

Round Table hosts monthly meetings from September through May that cover a wide array of interests and offers something for everyone. Please click Event tab of BRT home page for more details. 

Interest Groups

Interest groups are a vital part of Baylor Round Table and a great way to connect with other members. These groups provide opportunities for women across all parts of the Baylor family to meet based on a common interest. These gatherings allow you get to know each other in a more intimate setting. Some of these groups meet monthly, others meet occasionally during the year, and some host a one-time event.

Amtrak Group

Have you wondered what it is like to travel the United States by Amtrak?  Let's meet several times this semester and address what kind of travel you can expect if you ride Amtrak and how to get the best deals for trips you decide to take.

Bible Devotional/Prayer Group

Join fellow prayer warriors to praise the Lord and thank Him for all He has done and is doing at Baylor and in our lives. Each meeting starts with a brief devotional and then prayer.  Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:3). Schedule rotates. Book Club (In-Person) and (Zoom)

Do you love to read? This is the group for you! 
Group meets monthly in a member's home; zoom throughout the year. 
Books are selected by members via in-person and email suggestions, 
which are sent to the entire group. You can participate both In-Person and Zoom, if desired.

A skeleton is found in 2020 in Waco, Texas, on the campus of Baylor University during the renovation of the Tidwell Bible Building, which houses Baylor’s Department of Religion. During demolition, workers uncover the skeleton of a man who had been murdered fifteen years earlier. Suspicion quickly falls on three members of the Department of Religion, including two who are now high-level administrators of the university. All three have something to hide. Two detectives meticulously and creatively pursue the killer, despite encountering bureaucratic resistance from the higher echelons of administrators in the Waco Police Department and Baylor University.

Coffee & Chat

Join us for coffee on a Saturday around 11:00 am with conversation at selected coffee shops in Waco. It's a great time for fellowship with new and old friends. Meets monthly. ~

IF: Baylor

At IF: Table, women come together on campus once per month to share a meal and engage in conversations about specific topics related to how God is working in their lives, offering encouragement to one another. Each gathering includes four conversation card questions and intentionally brings together women of all ages, stages, and seasons of life to deepen the connections among participants and with God.         Looking for a fun way to sharpen your mind, meet great people, and enjoy some friendly competition? Whether you are a seasoned pro who can clear a hand in minutes or a complete beginner who doesn't know a bamboo from a character, our Mahjong Interest Group wants you! Meets monthly. Time and location will be sent by the chairperson.

On-Campus Lunch Group

Gather at dining restaurants around campus for lunch and conversation during the fall and spring semesters. You get food, friends and fellowship! Each lunch takes place at McMullen-Connally Faculty Center, President's Room, 11:30am-1:00pm
